Privacy policy

MotoDDZ attaches particular importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the processing carried out on the 2rouesgo website and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is MotoDDZ Rafał Fior, ul. Księdza Dzierżonia 16, 58-200 Dzierżoniów, Poland. Any question about your data may be sent to contact@2rouesgo.fr or by post to the registered address.

Data collected

We collect the data you provide to us: surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, the content of your messages and the vehicle concerned, as well as the information required to draw up the quote and invoice. We do not collect any browsing data through third-party tools; only the technical server logs (IP address, pages viewed) are kept for security purposes.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to respond to your information and order requests (performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures), to manage orders, quotes, invoicing and after-sales service (performance of the contract), to comply with our accounting and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation) and to ensure the security of the website (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorised MotoDDZ staff and to our processors acting on instruction: hosting provider, email delivery provider, carrier. No data is sold or transferred outside the European Union.

Retention periods

Requests that do not lead to a sale are kept for three years from the last contact. Customer files are kept for ten years after the sale, in line with accounting obligations and vehicle traceability. Technical logs are kept for one year.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. These rights may be exercised at contact@2rouesgo.fr, together with proof of identity; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, or with the Polish authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
