Frequently asked questions

Answers to your questions about buying, ordering, delivery and warranty.

Buying

Can I order entirely online?

Yes. Choosing the bike, quote, electronic signature, deposit by bank transfer and delivery are all handled remotely: you receive every document by email and track your order from your customer area. No visit to the workshop is required.

Are used bikes inspected?

Every used bike undergoes a full workshop inspection: brakes, transmission, tyres, suspension, electronics, corrosion. The report is handed to you together with the service book and the list of work carried out before the bike was put up for sale.

Is the displayed price negotiable?

Our prices are set as fairly as possible after studying the market and include full preparation. We do not apply last-minute discounts: what is advertised online is what appears on the quote.

Delivery

What are the delivery lead times?

After payment of the balance, allow ten to fifteen working days for flatbed-truck delivery in continental Europe, and four to eight weeks for the DOM-TOM (sea freight). You follow every step from your customer area.

Where do you deliver and at what cost?

We deliver anywhere in Europe for a single flat fee of €1,000, whatever the country. For the DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte and the overseas collectivities), the cost is a percentage of the bike price — 26.5% — covering dock dues and sea freight, instead of the flat fee. The exact amount appears on your quote before you sign.

How does registration work?

We provide all the documents you need (certificate of conformity, invoice, title, roadworthiness certificate where applicable) to register the bike in your country of residence. Registration taxes and any malus remain payable by you and are not included in the quote.

Warranty

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

It covers parts and labour on the engine, gearbox, final drive, electrical system and brakes, with no mileage cap. Wear parts — pads, tyres, chain, filters — are excluded.

Can I have my bike serviced elsewhere?

Yes, the warranty remains valid as long as servicing is carried out by a qualified professional, at the manufacturer’s intervals, with parts of equivalent quality and a supporting invoice.

Is the warranty transferable?

The commercial warranty stays with the vehicle if it is resold to a private individual, for the remaining term. Simply send us the name of the new owner.
