Terms and conditions of sale

Version in force as of 1 September 2026. These terms apply to any vehicle order placed remotely with MotoDDZ Rafał Fior (hereinafter “MotoDDZ”) via the 2rouesgo website.

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms govern the sale of new and used motorcycles by MotoDDZ to consumer customers residing in Europe or in the French overseas departments, regions and collectivities (DOM-TOM). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any other document unless a written amendment is signed by both parties.

2. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, excluding registration fees. They include vehicle preparation and road readiness. Delivery costs are added to the quote according to the delivery zone: a single flat fee for the whole of Europe (excluding the DOM-TOM), or, for the DOM-TOM, a percentage of the vehicle price covering dock dues (octroi de mer) and shipping, the applicable rate being stated on the quote. Prices displayed on the website are valid as long as the vehicle is listed as available; a sold vehicle is removed from the catalogue within twenty-four hours.

3. Order and quote

An online order results in the issue of a quote stating the vehicle, its recorded mileage, the price, the delivery costs, the deposit amount and the validity date. The order is formed by the electronic signature of this quote and the payment of the deposit stated on it. It becomes final once the deposit has been received.

4. Payment

The deposit is paid by bank transfer only to the account stated on the quote, quoting the order reference; no cash, card or on-site payment is accepted. The balance is payable before delivery, by bank transfer, to the same account. No vehicle is shipped before the full price has actually been received. Should MotoDDZ cancel the order, the deposit is refunded in full within fifteen days.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer, by a specialised carrier (flatbed truck), anywhere in Europe and in the DOM-TOM. The indicative lead time is ten to fifteen working days in continental Europe and four to eight weeks for the DOM-TOM, from payment of the balance. On handover, the customer receives a delivery report on which any reservations may be recorded; reservations about the condition of the vehicle must be noted on it and confirmed by email within forty-eight hours. The customer is responsible for registration formalities in their country of residence, MotoDDZ providing the necessary documents.

6. Right of withdrawal

For orders concluded remotely, the consumer customer has fourteen days from receipt of the vehicle to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or incurring penalties, by registered letter or email. Return costs are borne by the customer. The vehicle must be returned in its original condition with less than 100 km of additional mileage; beyond that, a depreciation may be applied.

7. Warranties

All vehicles are covered by the two-year statutory warranty of conformity provided for by Directive (EU) 2019/771 as transposed in the consumer’s country of residence, as well as the warranty against hidden defects. In addition, MotoDDZ provides a twelve-month commercial warranty on used vehicles, parts and labour, and the manufacturer’s warranty applies to new vehicles. The commercial warranty does not cover wear parts or damage resulting from competition use.

8. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@2rouesgo.fr or by post to the registered address of MotoDDZ. Failing an amicable solution within sixty days, the customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or refer the matter to a competent consumer mediator. The contract is governed by Polish law, without depriving the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
